Comments are not automatically approved and published. Even if your comment is ’sensitive’ and not intended for the general viewing audience you don’t need to worry. No one will see it but the Resale Review team. (You might also leave a *personal* alert in your comments to ensure that your comment doesn’t become approved and posted. We’re pretty clever here though and can generally distinguish between spam, private comments, and general comments.)

Getting A Reply

I, or someone here, will respond to your comment within 24 hours. However, sometimes there is no one ‘manning’ the store for a few days. Please do not worry, the site has not been abandoned or forgotten - we’re just on holiday or dealing with family matters or whatever. Even if your trouble is related to product delivery or payment requirements (you want to order but don’t have a credit card), someone will respond as promptly as humanly possible. Humanly is the keyword - we’re not always here 24/7 - life sometimes gets in the way of business.
