Colony Plaza demolition leaves owners with hefty debt to Ocoee
A Colony Plaza timeshare owner from upstate New York, Sheryl Lynn Bennett, came to the Ocoee City Commission meeting July 6 offering to pay the amount she owes for the demolition of the condo and timeshare building on the corner of Maguire Road and West Colonial Drive that was imploded in May 2009.
